Returns:
• You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be free of fragrances, be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Exclusions:
• Final sale items, including clearance and promotional items, are not eligible for return.
• Swimwear, undergarments, and customized items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to Return:
1. Visit our website and log into your account.
2. Go to the “Orders” section and select the item you wish to return.
3. Follow the prompts to generate a return label.
4. Package the item securely and affix the return label.
5. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
Refunds:
• Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
Exchanges:
• For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
